The SM320F2808, F2806, and F2801/UCD9501 devices, members of the TMS320C28x? DSP generation, are highly integrated, high-performance solutions for demanding control applications. The UCD9501 is a 32-bit digital signal controller for power management.



Throughout this document, SM320F2808, F2806, and F2801/UCD9501 are abbreviated as F2808, F2806, and F2801/9501, respectively. TMS320x280x device reference guides, flash tools, and other collateral are applicable to the UCD9501 device as well.

AD565A和AD566A是快速12位数模转换器,集成了模拟电路设计的***新成果,以低成本实现高速转换性能。



AD565A和AD566A利用12个精密高速双极性电流导引开关、控制放大器和激光调整的薄膜电阻网络,产生高速、高精度的模拟输出电流。AD565A还包括一个嵌入式齐纳基准电压源,其低噪声、长期稳定性和温度漂移特性堪比的分立式基准电压二极管。



AD565A和AD566A的高性能和灵活性来自于电路设计的重大创新、新型高速双极性工艺的采用以及激光晶圆调整技术(LWT)的持续进步。10-90%满量程跃迁时间小于35 ns,±1/2 LSB建立时间***长为250 ns(AD566A为350 ns)。两款器件均在晶圆级接受激光调整,线性度达到±1/8 LSB(典型值),+25°C时额定误差为±1/4 LSB(K级和T级)。高速和高精度特性使AD565A和AD566A成为高速显示驱动器和快速模数转换器的理想选择。



激光调整工艺可提供出色的线性度,同时也用于调整AD565A基准电压的值和温度系数,满量程增益温度系数(TC)为10 ppm/°C(典型值)。当需要更高的TC性能时,或者系统基准电压可用时,AD566A也可以使用外部基准电压。



AD565A和AD566A按性能分为四种等级。J级和K级的额定工作温度范围为0°C至+70°C,S级和T级为-55°C至+125°C。D级全部采用24引脚密封陶瓷双列直插式封装。JR级采用28引脚塑封SOIC封装。
